We’re looking for a Retirement Plan Administrator who wants more than a job — someone ready to lead, innovate, and help shape retirement plan administration for clients nationwide. What You’ll Do

Client Service

  • Deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a true advisor.
  • Anticipate client challenges and provide solutions.

Plan Administration & Compliance

  • Manage all aspects of retirement plan administration, including compliance testing, valuations, participant statements, distributions, loans, and filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including Forms 5500 and 1099-R.
  • Support plan implementations, conversions, corrections, and terminations.
  • Research and resolve IRS and DOL notices.

Project & Staff Management

  • Develop and implement processes and tools to strengthen retirement plan services.
  • Lead and supervise staff, delegating projects and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Review filings and projects for compliance and accuracy.
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate staff to foster professional growth.

Department Development

  • Research new software and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Support business development, recruiting, and strategic planning.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and procedures.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
  • QKA, QPA designation (active and in good standing); QKC, or other ASPPA/NIPA designations a plus.
  • Expertise in ERISA plan laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Relius or FT Williams software preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
